Our reading, and it is a judgment rather than a fact: if your cats are using their boxes reliably and the problem is purely the smell in the room, the ten-day Purina claim is the strongest thing you can buy. If any cat in the house has ever gone outside a box, start from unscented and fix the odor with box count and scooping frequency instead. Fragrance is the last lever to pull, not the first.
