The bottle matters less than the method. Almost every enzyme cleaner failure we hear about comes down to too little liquid, on too small an area, wiped up too soon.
The first step is not a bottle
A cat that has started urinating outside its box is doing something new, and the Cornell Feline Health Center lists exactly that among the signs of feline lower urinary tract disease. Book the vet appointment first. Then clean the spot properly, because the smell left behind will keep bringing the cat back even after a medical cause is treated.

Find it, soak it, leave it
Urine on carpet does not stay on the carpet. It runs through the pile, into the underlay, and sometimes into the floorboards. The smell comes from all three layers.
An enzyme cleaner acts where it makes contact. To reach the underlay it has to be poured, not misted -- which is why the useful sizes are the 1 gallon refills rather than the trigger bottles, and why the trigger bottle is best kept for tiles and hard surfaces.
Then leave it. The enzymes keep working while the area is damp, so covering it loosely and letting it dry over hours does more than blotting it dry in ten minutes.

The fragrance is the one drawback -- some cats object to essential oils.
